That there Jumanji: The Curse Returns is a surprisingly good digital board game that sees you playing a version of the game that caused so much havoc in the original film. And it’s just had a pretty big update.
It adds a deck-building component to the experience, letting you draw and use cards when you’re scrapping against the various critters and creatures you come up against.
You’ll now earn coins as well, which you can spend to add new cards to your deck. What kind of cards? Well, we’ll get to that in a bit. Let’s watch a trailer first.
There are two types of cards – attacks and assists. Attacks let you mash things up, assists let you, well, assist people. The game is for up to four players and if you can’t get a full complement, it’ll add AI players to make up for your social shortfall.
To coincide with the release of the new update, Jumanji: The Curse Returns is on sale for 75% off until April 3rd. So really, there’s never been a better time to give it a go.
And you can do just that by clicking here to download Jumanji: The Curse Returns from the Play Store.
