The MU Origin 2 7.0 update is here. The latest version of Webzen’s popular mobile MMORPG comes with a host of new features and tweaks, as well as a brand new class.
The Grow Lancer class gives you access to a female close-quarters melee attacker who uses her sword and shield to devastating effect in both PvP battles and general monster-hunting.
To obtain the Grow Lancer class you need to be at level 120 or above. You can obtain Grow Lancer equipment by conquering Dungeons, Field Monsters, Boss Monsters, Elite Monsters, and more.
It’s worth mentioning that you can only obtain new Grow Lancer costume items from Costume Chests obtained since the 7.0 update went live. Your old chests will only give you costumes for other classes – and you won’t be able to get a refund or exchange your old chests for new ones.
While the Grow Lancer class is the standout feature of the MU Origin 2 7.0 update there’s a ton of other stuff to explore, including a new Archangel Refinement feature and the Immortal Seal Stone.
Archangel Refinement allows you to refine your Archangel weapons, amping up their attacking and defensive stats. The Immortal Seal Stone, meanwhile, lets you power-up your Immortal and enhances your elemental attacks.
There’s a new Tarot Card feature, too, which sees you collecting Tarot Cards containing the powers of the old gods.
There are 28 of these cards, with three different grades: Legend, Epic, and Unique. You can equip eight at a time, allowing for a huge number of combinations. To collect Tarot Cards, open the Tarot Card Treasure Chest at the Abyss Altar.
Webzen has expanded the content in all sorts of ways, increasing the max character level, adding quests, improving the Lost Tower and Abyss Tower features, and much, much more.
Plus, Abyss Season 41 has just begun, allowing you to complete missions and collect Abyss Coins and Blood Coins until March 6th.
