CD Projekt Red announces new highlights for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt when the next new update comes out on December 14. The very important new feature added to the PC is the photo mode, which allows game players to capture and share that image. The studio says there will be photo contests with prizes in this mode. Fans have been waiting for the photo mode for a long time, and it’s finally here.
In addition, the upcoming new camera angle mode will help move the camera closer to Geralt. Gamers can mix and match camera settings for various hypothetical scenarios such as exploration, combat, and Roach riding. The next gen desktop update also adds features like ray tracing, ambient occlusion, and “super extra” settings that add details about background characters and environments.
For PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S titles, gamers can expect a change in Performance and Quality modes, allowing them to choose between prioritizing performance or quality.
This new update also improves some other quality of life, including new walking and jogging options for Geralt and the ability to change the size of subtitles in the game. The cutscenes have also been improved a lot to address the lag issues that can appear in the game. In addition, this new update also adds the ability to pause the game’s cutscenes.
